Chile (the “Fund”), we communicate to you as an ESSENTIAL FACT the following:
That in an ordinary session of April 26, 2023, the Board of Directors of the Administrator agreed
distribute for Series R a dividend of USD 139,622.88, which will be paid in pesos on the day
May 30 of the current year, among those contributors registered at midnight on the fifth day
previous skill, in accordance with the provisions of Article 80 of Law No. 20,712.
