Chile
That in an ordinary session of April 26, 2023, the Board of Directors of the Administrator agreed
Distribute a total interim dividend of $50,559,363, or $34,854,016. for the P Series,
$4,489,299-. for Series Z, and $11,216,048-. for Serie A according to the policy of distributing
quarterly dividends to the Fund’s quotas in proportion to each Series of Quotas
represents in the total assets of the Fund in accordance with the provisions of its Internal Regulations.
Additionally, we point out that the dividend will be paid to those who are registered with the
midnight on the fifth business day prior to May 30, 2023, as indicated in the
Article 80 of Law 20,712. Í
