Ref. Notifies the celebration of the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors
XLC – HPS Mezzanine IV Mutual Fund.
Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present document and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 of the Securities Market Law, we hereby communicate as an ESSENTIAL FACT, the following:
At the Ordinary Meeting of Contributors of the “XLC – HPS Mezzanine IV Investment Fund” held on May 18, 2023, the following matters, among others, were approved:
1) The Fund’s annual account and financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022;
2) Mr. María Macarena Lagos Jiménez, Mr. Hernán Guerrero Hinojosa and Mr. Juan Carlos Delano Valenzuela were elected as members of the Fund’s Oversight Committee for the 2023 fiscal year, establishing their remuneration and expense budget; and,
3) HLB Surlatina was appointed as external audit firm for fiscal year 2023.
4) Pivot and Asesorías M31 were appointed as independent appraisers for fiscal year 2023.
