Dear Sir or Madam:
Hereby, and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18? of the Law
N? 20.712 on Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios, Article 9? and the
second paragraph of article 10? of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, finding me
duly authorized, I hereby communicate to you the following information as
Essential Fact with respect to the Core US 1 Independence Investment Fund (the “Fund”).
In extraordinary meeting of the board of directors of the management company of the
Fund, Independencia Internacional AGF S.A (the “Administrator”), held on 28
October 2022, it was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend to the Fund’s contributors, charged to
the Net Profits Received corresponding to the fiscal year 2022, for the total amount of USD
$3,224,475.20. Considering the amount of quotas subscribed and paid from the Fund entitled to
receive dividend, at the date of the aforementioned session, corresponds to USD $0.03093 per
quota.
The payment of this dividend will be made from November 7,
2022, and all those contributors registered in the respective Registry to the fifth will be entitled to it.

Fees held at that date, by deposit in the bank account you have indicated
the Contributor to the Administrator.
