Dear Sir or Madam:
Hereby, and in compliance with the provisions of Article
18? of Law No. 20,712 on the Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios,
Article 9? and the second paragraph of Article 10% of Law No. 18,045 on the
Values, being duly empowered, I hereby communicate to you the
following information as an Essential Fact with respect to the Investment Facility
Independence Detroit CBD (the “Fund”.
In extraordinary meeting of the board of directors of the company
Fund Administrator, Independencia Internacional AGF S.A (the “Administrator”,
Held on October 28, 2022, it was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend to the
contributors to the Fund, charged to the Net Profits Received corresponding to the
fiscal year 2022, for the total amount of USD $182,835.87 according to the following detail
By series of quotas:
a. Series A, for the total amount of USD $99,869.79 which, considering the number of
quotas entitled to receive dividends at the date of the Board of Directors,
equals USD $0.010957 per installment.
a. Series B, for the total amount of USD $82,966.07 which, considering the number of
quotas entitled to receive dividends at the date of the Board of Directors,
equals USD $0.011071 per installment.
The payment of this dividend will be made from the 7th of
November 2022, and all those contributors registered in the Registry will be entitled to it
on the fifth working day preceding the date of payment, i.e. 29 October 2022,
in proportion to the number of quotas held by them at that date, by deposit in
the bank account indicated by the Contributor to the Administrator.
