By means of the present document, and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law No. 18,045, I hereby inform you of the following as an ESSENTIAL FACT:
The Contributors are hereby notified that at an Extraordinary Board of Directors’ Meeting of HMC S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), it was agreed to distribute an interim dividend of the HMC Mezzanine Inmobiliario II Investment Fund (the “Fund”), charged to the results of fiscal year 2023, amounting to the total sum of $219,685,247 pesos. By virtue of the foregoing, each Series I Contributor will receive the sum of $358.7517223880 pesos for each subscribed and paid installment it holds in said Series in the Fund and each Series R Contributor will receive the sum of $365.7764799740 pesos for each subscribed and paid installment it holds in said Series in the Fund.
This interim dividend will be paid in cash and in pesos on May 24, 2023, at the offices of the Company, located at Av. Vespucio Norte 2500, office 401, Vitacura, Santiago, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and any Contributor registered in the Contributors’ Registry shall have the right to collect it by midnight of the fifth business day prior to the date on which payment is due.
