At the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of Credicorp Capital S.A. Administradora de
Investments (the “Company”), held on April 18, 2023, was agreed, among others.
matters, reduce the number of directors of the Society from four to three members,
agreeing on the corresponding modification of the social pact.
