in accordance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph of article 10 of the Law
N?*18.045 on the Securities Market, and the provisions of the General Standard
N*30 issued by this Commission, duly authorized to do so, hereby communicate
to you and to the market in general, as an essential fact, the following:
At the Company’s extraordinary shareholders’ meeting held on April 18, 2023,
It was agreed, among other matters, to transform it into a company by shares whose reason
social will be “Credicorp Capital Corredores de Bolsa SpA”, also establishing the new
Statutes of the Company.
