On April 28, 2023, the transfer of the social rights of the
members: Víctor Alejandro Vera Sánchez (who owned 9%), Juan José Araya
Contreras (who owned 7%) and Ronny Edison Frederick Levi (who owned 1%),
of Don Franco Carlos DalllOrso Barría, remaining as continuing partners the
Messrs. Franco Carlos Dall’Orso Barría and Francisco José Dall’Orso Barría. This purchase
of social rights is carried out, in accordance with the provisions of the Essential Fact of
Date December 22, 2022, where the agreement of assignment of the
Social rights.
The corporate composition of Consultores y Auditores de Empresas Ltda, RUT
77.442.670-1, registered in the Register of External Audit Companies of this
Commission under number 32, is composed as follows:
– – Franco Carlos Dall’Orso Barría 59%
– – Francisco José Dall’Orso Barría 41%
By corporate agreement, Mr. Franco Carlos Dall’Orso Barría remains in the position of
Partner Manager.
