Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of article 9 and the second paragraph of article 10 of the Law
N* 18.045 on the Securities Market and General Rule N* 30 of the Superintendence
of Securities and Insurance, today Commission for the Financial Market, finding myself duly
empowered to do so, I inform you as an essential fact of the Fund Administrator
of Pensiones Cuprum S.A. (the “Company”) the following:
That on April 28 of the current year, as cited, the Ninth Ordinary Meeting was held
of Shareholders of this Administrator, in which the following matters were discussed:
1.- The Annual Report and Balance Sheet for 2022 were approved.
2.- It was agreed to pay a final dividend amounting to Ch$2.97567.-, per share, whose payment will be made
Effective May 18, 2023.
3.- The electronic newspaper El Líbero was designated to carry out the publications ordered by law.
4.- EY Audit Ltda was appointed as External Auditors for the year 2023.
5.- The remuneration of the Board of Directors was agreed.
6.- The Dividend Policy for 2023 and subsequent years was reported.
7.- The remuneration and operating budgets of the Committees of
Risks and Audit; Investment and Conflict of Interest Resolution Committee; and the Committee on

Brand and Customer Experience, the latter, which was approved to be renamed Committee
of Experience and Communication with the Affiliate.
8.- The election of the Board of Directors was carried out, being made up of the following persons:
