From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 9″ and the second paragraph of Article 10? of the Law
N*18.045 on the Securities Market and in the Commission’s General Standard N*30 for
the Financial Market, duly authorized and on behalf of Sociedad Austral de
Transmisión Troncal S.A. (the “Company”), I have come to inform you that the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders of the Company held on this date agreed, among other matters:
a) The distribution of a dividend of USD$386.0213403675 per share charged to the
Earnings for 2022. The total amount to be distributed for this concept is
USD$2,268,261 and corresponds to 30% of these profits; and
b) The renewal of the Board of Directors of the Company, which became composed of the directors
Mr. Jorge Lesser García – Huidobro, Juan Ignacio Parot Becker, Iván Díaz – Molina, Luz
Granier Bulnes, Ashley Munroe, Shama Nagushbandi, Stephen Best and Jonathan Reay.
