Reference: Informs Essential Fact Summons to Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of the final paragraph of article nine of D.F.L N* 251, in
relationship with the tenth article of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in the Circular
991 of the Commission for the Financial Market, being empowered in particular by the
Directory, I come to communicate as an essential fact, that in a session of the Board of Directors of
On October 24, 2022, it was agreed to convene an Extraordinary Meeting of
Shareholders of the company ZURICH SANTANDER SEGUROS GENERALES CHILE S.A., for the
Next Monday, November 21, 2022 at 4 pm, to be held at the offices of
the Company located in Bombero Ossa N*1068 floor 4, commune and city of Santiago, in
forward also the “Meeting”, to submit to the approval of the shareholders the
Distribution of eventual dividends, for a total amount of $ 7,600,000,000.-, charged
to retained earnings at the end of 2021, and to decide on other
related or supplementary agreements, intended to comply with the resolutions that are
adopt in it.
They will have the right to participate in the Meeting, the holders of the shares that are
registered in the Register of Shareholders of the Company five days in advance
working days on the date of the Meeting.
In accordance with the provisions of General Standard No. 435 and the Circular Letter
N*1141, both of your Committee, the Board agreed that for the development of the

which will allow both participation and remote voting, guaranteeing the
simultaneity or secrecy, together with the accreditation of the due identity of the

communicated in the relevant notices and subpoenas.
Finally, we inform that the Meeting will be held without complying with the formalities of
citation, given that the concurrence of all the
shares issued with voting rights.
