From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of paragraph 2? Article 9 of DFL No*251 of 1931 in
relation to Article 10 of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market, and Circulars 991 and 662
of the Commission for the Financial Market, I come to communicate as a Fact
Essential of Zurich Santander Seguros de Vida Chile S.A., hereinafter also the
