Reference: Informs Essential Fact Summons to Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of the final paragraph of article nine of D.F.L N* 251, in
relationship with the tenth article of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in the Circular
991 of the Commission for the Financial Market, being empowered in particular by the
Directory, I come to communicate as an essential fact, that in a session of the Board of Directors of
On October 24, 2022, it was agreed to convene an Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of
the company ZURICH SANTANDER SEGUROS DE VIDA CHILE S.A., for next Monday
November 21, 2022, at 3:45 p.m., to be held at the Company’s offices
located in Bombero Ossa N*1068 floor 4, commune and city of Santiago, hereinafter
also the “Meeting”, to submit to the approval of the shareholders the distribution
of eventual dividends, for a total amount of Ch$19,640,360,590.-, charged to the
retained earnings at the end of 2021 and decide on other agreements
related or complementary, intended to comply with the resolutions adopted in

They will have the right to participate in the Meeting, the holders of the shares that are
registered in the Register of Shareholders of the Company five days in advance
working days on the date of the Meeting.
In accordance with the provisions of General Standard No. 435 and the Circular Letter
