That in an ordinary session of April 26, 2023, the Board of Directors of the Administrator agreed
Distribute a dividend of Ch$115,782,738, which corresponds to 30% of the net profit received
during fiscal year 2022, which amounted to $385,942,459.
Additionally, we point out that the dividend will be paid to those who are registered with the
midnight on the fifth business day prior to May 30, 2023, as indicated in the
Article 80 of Law 20,712.
