S.A. (the “Administrator”), management company of Zurich High Investment Fund
Yield UF (the “Fund”), we communicate to you as an ESSENTIAL FACT the following:
That on this date, the Board of Directors of the Administrator agreed to distribute a dividend for Series R
of USD 133,633.61, which will be paid in pesos on May 30, 2021, among those
Contributors registered at midnight on the previous fifth business day, as indicated in
Article 80 of Law No. 20,712.
