Ref.: Summons to Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
From our consideration:
Duly authorized by the Board of Directors of Zurich Chile Asset Management General Administrator of
Fondos S.A. (hereinafter “the Company”), we communicate to you as an Essential Fact of the Company
that, at the Ordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors held on March 29 of this year, it was agreed to summon
Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company (hereinafter the “Meeting”), which will be held on 24
April 2023 at 10:30 am, in its offices located at Avenida Apoquindo 5,550 18th floor, Las
Counts, in order to submit to the consideration of the shareholders, among others, the following
matters:
1. To comment on the report, balance sheet, financial statements and report of external auditors
corresponding to the year ended December 31, 2022.
2. Distribution of dividends.
3. Election of the Board of Directors.
4. Appointment of external audit company for the year 2023.
5. In general, any other matter of social interest that is not typical of an extraordinary meeting.
The Board agreed to omit the publication of the usual notices since the security of the
attendance of all the shareholders of the Company. The Board also agreed that, by virtue of the
established in General Standard No. 435 and Circular No. 1141, participation in this Meeting

opportunely. They will have the right to participate in the meeting, the holders of the shares that are
registered in the Register of Shareholders of the Company five working days in advance of the date of
