In accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, in relation to the
Articles 9 and 10 of Law N* 18,045, we communicate to you as Essential Fact of Zurich Chile
Asset Management Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Company”) the following:
At the regular meeting of the Company’s Board of Directors held on this date, the Board of Directors
accepted the resignation presented by the director Mr. Gustavo Bortolotto, who will continue in the Group
Zurich in its current position of Head of Retail ¿Transactions for
Latin America and as part of other directories of Group companies.
The Company, and in particular the Board of Directors, thanks Mr. Gustavo for his commitment and
professional delivery as a member of the Board of Directors.
