Securities, and Circular 662 of the Commission for the Financial Market (formerly Superintendence)
of Securities and Insurance), I inform you, on behalf of Zenit Seguros Generales S.A.,
as set forth below (hereinafter the Company or the Company) as factual
essential of the Company, the following:
That at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on April 5 of this year, the Meeting
approved, inter alia:
1. The Annual Report, Balance Sheet and other Financial Statements of the Company as at 31 December
February 2022.
2. The remuneration of the Board of Directors for the year 2023.
3. The designation of the auditing firm Price WaterhouseCoopers for the financial year 2023.
4. The designation of the Digital Financial Journal of national circulation for the publication of
notices of summons to Shareholders’ Meetings.
