In compliance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Market Law No. 18,045
of Securities, Circular No. 662 of the Commission for the Financial Market (formerly
Superintendence of Securities and Insurance) and other pertinent regulations, I inform
you, on behalf of Zenit Seguros Generales S.A., as noted above
hereinafter (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), as an essential fact:
At the Company’s Board of Directors Meeting, held on January 23,
agreed to appoint Mr. Mario Gazitua Swett as Executive Vice President of the
Society, a position he assumes as of this date.
Likewise, the Board of Directors agreed to the appointment of Mr. Rodrigo Heredia Peña as
the new General Manager of the Company, a position he assumes as of this date.
