In compliance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Market of
Securities, Circular No. 662 of the Commission for the Financial Market (formerly
Superintendence of Securities and Insurance) and other relevant regulations, I inform you, in
representation of Zenit Seguros Generales S.A., as indicated below (in
hereinafter, the “Company”), as an essential fact,
That on January 3 of this year, Mr. Roberto Haramboure Galaz, who was
served as Manager of Finance, Administration and People Management, has left
the position of People Management Manager, maintaining his functions as Manager of
Finance and Administration. As of that same date, Mrs. Marcela Soto Santis has
assumed the position of People Management Manager of the Company.
Also, from January 3 of the current Don Luis Wanner Birchmeier has presented
his resignation from the position of Operations Manager of the Company, which is in charge of
Mr. Jolyon Abello Bottomley, Transformation and Services Manager.
