In compliance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Market of
Securities, Circular No. 662 of the Commission for the Financial Market (formerly
Superintendence of Securities and Insurance) and other relevant regulations, I inform you, in

At an Extraordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors held on December 02, 2022, the
The Board of Directors of the Company agreed to pay a provisional dividend of $590,000,000.-
Pesos, equivalent to $193,189.259986902.- pesos per share, charged to profits
of the year 2022. This dividend corresponds to 30% of the profits of the year
as of October 31, 2022, plus the forecast for the months of November and December 2022.
The aforementioned dividend will be paid on December 23, 2022, by deposit in
account designated by the shareholders.
The holders of shares that are entitled to receive the agreed dividend will be entitled to receive the agreed dividend.
