Ref. Summons to Ordinary Assembly of Contributors “XLC Private Debt Fund
of Investment”.
Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 and in articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market, we communicate
as an ESSENTIAL FACT, the following:
By agreement of the board of directors of XLC Administradora General de Fondos S.A., the following were summoned.
Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of “XLC Private Debt Investment Fund”, to
be held in first summons, on May 17, 2023, at 10:30 a.m., in the offices
located in Isidora Goyenechea Street, N? 3.477, 17th floor, Las Condes commune, Santiago,
and in second summons to be held on the same day and place at 10:45 am, in order to
Deal with matters of their knowledge.
They may participate in the assembly, with the right to speak and vote, the contributors who appear
registered in the Contributors’ Register at midnight on the fifth business day preceding the
date on which the respective assembly is to be held.
It is noted that, in accordance with the provisions of General Standard No. 435 and the
Official Circular N* 1141, both of the Commission for the Financial Market, will allow the
Remote assistance to the assembly. In accordance with the above, the directory of the Administrator
agreed and approved the use of technological means and procedures necessary to
Prove the identity of the people who participate remotely in the assembly or their
power, where appropriate, and its vote, which will be duly communicated in the summons
relevant.
The qualification of powers, if applicable, shall be made on the same day as the assembly, in the
place where it is to be held and at the time it is to begin.
