By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 and the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market,
we communicate as an ESSENTIAL FACT, the following:
In Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of “XLC Private Debt Fintech Fund
Investment” held on August 11, the modification of different aspects was approved
of the internal regulations of the same, the details of which are contained in the document that
shall be deposited together with the consolidated text of the rules of procedure of the Fund.
