Ref. Notifies the celebration of the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors
“XLC Private Debt Fintech Investment Fund”.
Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 and the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market,
we communicate as an ESSENTIAL FACT of “XLC Private Debt Fintech Fund
of Investment” (hereinafter, the “Fund”, the following, the following:
At the Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors held on May 18, 2022,
The following subjects were approved, among others:
1) The annual account of the Fund and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2006, and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2007.
December 2021;
(2) Elected as members of the Audit Committee of the Fund for the financial year
2022 to Hernán Guerrero Hinojosa, Sergio Espínola Ortega and Tomas
Espinosa Ossandón, setting her budget, expenses and remuneration; and
3) HLB Surlatina Auditores Limitada was appointed as an external audit firm
for the financial year 2022.
