In Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of XLC Private Debt Fintech Fund
Investment held on April 12, 2022, the modification of different
aspects of its internal regulations, the details of which are contained in the
Document to be deposited together with the consolidated text of the Rules of Procedure
of the Fund.
