Ref, Communicates ESSENTIAL FACT indicating “XLC Private Debt Fintech Fund
Investment.”
Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712
and in articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, we communicate as
ESSENTIAL FACT, the following:
It is communicated that the board of directors of XLC Administradora General de Fondos S.A., in compliance with
of the provisions of the internal regulations of the fund called “XLC Private Debt Fintech
Investment Fund” (hereinafter the “Fund”), agreed to distribute a provisional dividend
only to contributors holding P-CLP Series quotas, amounting to the total sum of
161,430,902 pesos, in order to comply with the preference established for that series.
This provisional dividend will be paid in pesos, in cash as of April 13, 2022,
in the offices of the Administrator and will be entitled to collect it any contributor holding quotas
of the Fund’s P-CLP series, registered in the Contributors’ Register at midnight on the fifth day
