Ref. Notifies the celebration of the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors
“XLC – HPS Mezzanine IV Investment Fund”.
Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 and the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market,
we communicate as an ESSENTIAL FACT of “XLC – HPS Mezzanine IV Fund of
Investment” (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”), the following, the following:
At the Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors held on May 18, 2022,
The following subjects were approved, among others:
1) The annual account of the Fund and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2006, and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2007.
December 2021;
(2) Elected as members of the Audit Committee of the Fund for the financial year
2022 to Mrs. María Macarena Lagos Jiménez and Mr. Hernán Guerrero
Hinojosa and Juan Carlos Delano Valenzuela, setting their budget expenses and
remuneration;
3) HLB Surlatina Auditores Limitada was appointed as an external audit firm
for the financial year 2022.
4) Pivot and Analytics Lab were appointed as independent valuers for
the financial year 2022.
