Ref. Communicates ESSENTIAL FACT indicating XLC General Administrator of
Fondos S.A.
Dear Sir or Madam,
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and Article 9? and
second paragraph of article 10? of Law No. 18,045, Securities Market Law, by means of
hereby I come to communicate to you, as an Essential Fact of XLC
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (hereinafter, the “Administrator”), which in session
extraordinary board of directors of the Administrator held on this same date, was discussed and
Agreed as follows:
(1) The director Felipe Cárcamo Dávila presented his resignation from the position of director of the
Administrator, which became effective immediately, being appointed in its
replacement, Mrs. Macarena León Lorca, who will hold this position until the
celebration of the next ordinary meeting of shareholders of the Administrator, date
in which the entire directory must be renewed.
(ii) It was noted that he resigned from the position of General Manager of the
Administrator presented by Mr. Rodrigo Nader López, being designated as new
General Manager in his replacement and from this date to Mr. Felipe Cárcamo
Davila.
