Hereby, in accordance with the provisions of articles N*9 second paragraph and N*10 of the Law
of the Securities Market and in the NCG N*30 of that Commission, I come, duly authorized for this purpose,
in communicating, as an Essential Fact, the following:
That on April 25, 2022, at the 562nd Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company, the
new Board of Directors for the next 3 years. The elected Directors are as follows:
Mr. Felipe Joannon Vergara, Mr. Gonzalo Serrano Palma, Mr. Luis Germán Edwards Ruiz – Tagle,
Mr. Carlos Souper Urra, Mr. Cristian Eyzaguirre Johnston, Mr. Gonzalo Somoza García and Mr. Felipe
Porzio Honorato.
Also, at a board meeting on the same date, the directors elected as Chairman of the
organ to Don Felipe Joannon Vergara and as Vice President to Don Gonzalo Serrano Palma.
