as an Essential Fact regarding the administration of WEG General Administrator
of Fondos S.A. (the “Company”), as indicated below.
In Ordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, held on this same date at 10:00
hours, it was agreed to appoint Mr. José Agustín Venegas as director of the Society
Maluenda.
