From our consideration:
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18.045 of the Securities Market, and in connection with the provisions of General Rule No. 30 and its amendments, being duly authorized, I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the Weg-3 Investment Fund (the “Fund”), the distribution of interim dividend No. 24 charged to the Net Profits Received for the year 2023, in accordance with the provisions of section FIVE, paragraph 5.3 of the Fund’s Internal Regulations, Profit Distribution Policy. The total amount to be distributed is $19,000,000.-, which is equivalent to $2.493474315 for each subscribed and paid share entitled to dividends as of the payment date indicated below:
The dividend will be paid in cash on May 18, 2023, at the offices of the Administrator located at Avda. Los Militares 5953 Of. 1601, commune of Las Condes, Santiago, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., or by transfer to the bank account indicated by the contributor, and those contributors who are registered in the Register of Contributors at midnight of the fifth business day prior to the payment date will be entitled to this dividend, pro rata to the number of shares they hold on that date.
