that on April 27 of this year, the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders in which the distribution of a dividend was agreed according to the following:

Final Mandatory Minimum: $18.8907249 per share

3) Shares entitled to dividend: 315,165,988 shares

5) Shareholders entitled to the dividend: The shareholders would be entitled to this dividend
