On behalf of the Board of Directors, in compliance with the provisions of your Circular No. 660, we send you the form Annex No. 1 of the aforementioned Circular, which contains the information referred to the Definitive Dividend No. 27 of $0.44850.- per share, approved by the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held today. A form is attached for the part of this dividend that constitutes a mandatory minimum dividend and one for the part that constitutes an additional dividend.
The notice specifying which shareholders will be entitled to this dividend will be published on April 20, 2022 in the newspaper El Mercurio.
