Ref.: Communicates the end of the liquidation process of
VolcomCapital Europe Equity Investment Fund
in Liquidation.
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9″ and the second paragraph of article
10? of the Securities Market Law, in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, finding myself
duly authorized, I hereby inform you as an essential fact of VolcomCapital Europe
Equity Investment Fund in Liquidation (the “Fund”), of which VOLCOMCAPITAL Administradora
General de Fondos S.A. was appointed liquidator (the “Fund Liquidator”) who:
A. On the same date, the final dividend and capital reduction were paid in full
agreed at the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors dated July 20, 2022;
B. That the Fund Liquidator fully complied with the approved liquidation procedure
at the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors dated July 20, 2022;
C. That, as a result of the foregoing, the final account of the Fund corresponds to the account approved by the
Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors dated July 20, 2022; and
D. That, also as a result of the above, the liquidation process has been terminated,
the Fund being dissolved with this date.
Separately, we will forward to this Commission the request for cancellation of the registration
of the Fund and the removal of its Internal Regulations from the Public Registry of Deposit of Internal Regulations.
