Ref.: Communicates the start of the liquidation process of
VolcomCapital Europe Equity Investment Fund
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9″ and the second paragraph of article
10? of the Securities Market Law, in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, finding myself
duly authorized, I hereby inform you as an essential fact of VolcomCapital Europe
Equity Investment Fund (the “Fund”, managed by VOLCOMCAPITAL Administradora General
of Fondos S.A. (the “Management Company”) which, on this same date, held an Assembly
Extraordinary Fund Contributors in which the following agreements were adopted, among others:
A. Dissolve the Fund early and begin the liquidation process now.
B. – Appoint the Management Company as Liquidator of the Fund, establishing its attributions,
duties and remuneration.
C. – Terms and conditions under which the liquidation procedure must be carried out
of the Fund, it being also agreed to rescind the provisions relating to the procedure
of liquidation contained in Title IX, FOUR, of the Internal Regulations of the Fund.
D. Granting of powers and adoption of additional agreements necessary to process, authorize
and legalized the agreements adopted by the Assembly.
