In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9? and 10% of Law N*18.045 on
Stock Market, and being duly empowered to do so, I hereby communicate to
You, as an essential fact of VolcomCapital Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the
“Company”), the following:
At the board meeting held on August 18, 2022, he submitted his resignation to the
Board of Directors of the Company Mr. Bernardo Simián Soza and that, at the same meeting, the Board of Directors
appointed Mrs. Antonia Brahm as his replacement until the next ordinary meeting of shareholders
Justinian, who accepted the position. In this way, the Board of Directors of the Company was integrated by the
Messrs. José Fernando De Gregorio Rebeco, Felipe Larraín Aninat, Matías Briceño Foncea and by
Mrs. Valentina Eugenia Bulnes Valdés and Mrs. Antonia Brahm Justiniano.
