You, as an essential fact of Volcom Securitizadora S.A. (the “Company”), the following:
At the board meeting held on August 18, 2022, he submitted his resignation to the
Board of Directors of the Company Mr. Bernardo Simián Soza and that, at the same meeting, the Board of Directors
appointed Mrs. Antonia Brahm as his replacement until the next ordinary meeting of shareholders
Justinian, who accepted the position. In this way, the Board of Directors of the Company was integrated by the
Mr. José Miguel Bulnes Valdés, Mr. Felipe Larraín Aninat, Mr. Matías Briceño Foncea and Mrs.
