In accordance with the provisions of Article 63 of the Law on Corporations, with the
Articles 9* and 10% paragraph 2? of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, the Character Norm
General N?30, of this Commission, being duly empowered to that effect and on behalf of
of Vivo SpA (hereinafter “Vivo”, the “Company” or the “Company”), I communicate to you, in
Essential factual character that, with this date and at 5:30 p.m., was held in the offices
of Vivo located in Av. Américo Vespucio Norte 1561, 4th floor, commune of Vitacura,
Santiago, the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Vivo, self-convened by virtue of the provisions
in Article 60 of the Law on Corporations.

Approval of the Corporate Annual Report, Balance Sheet, Financial Statements
and its Notes for the year ended December 31, 2022.
Approval of the result of the business year ended December 31,

The Board of Directors and their remuneration were ratified.
Appointment of external auditors for the year 2023.
Designation of risk classification societies for the year 2023.
Designation of a newspaper of the registered office at which the
citations and publications to be made by the Company.
Other matters of social interest and competence of the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders.
It is noted that, in view of the fact that the appearance of the totality was assured.
of the
shares issued with voting rights of the Company, did not comply with the
Citation formalities and publications. The minutes of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting will be
referred to the Commission as soon as possible and within the time limit set for that purpose.
Likewise, it is reported that the Annual Corporate Report for the year 2022, is at
Disposal of shareholders and third parties on the Company’s website www.vivospa.cl
in accordance with current regulations.
