second paragraph of article 10? of Law N? 18.045 and in General Standard No. 30 of
This Commission, duly empowered to do so, communicate to you the following Essential Fact.
At the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Viña Los Vascos S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”)
Held on November 30, 2022, shareholders agreed to distribute dividends for the
S0% remaining of the net profits of the years 2018 and 2019 as eventual dividends,
this is US$ 2,689,400 equivalent to US$ 0.03842 per share.
These dividends will be paid as of December 28, 2022 to shareholders who
are registered in the Shareholders’ Register five working days in advance of the date of
your payment, that is, by December 22, 2022.
