second paragraph of article 10? of Law N? 18.045 and in General Standard No. 30 of
This Commission, duly empowered to do so, communicate to you the following Essential Fact.
At the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Viña Los Vascos S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”)
Held on August 26, 2022, shareholders agreed to anticipate the distribution of 50%
remainder of the fiscal year 2021 net income as additional dividends, i.e. US$
1,486,800 equivalent to US$ 0.02124 per share.
This dividend will be paid as of September 26, 2022 to the shareholders listed
registered in the Register of Shareholders five working days before the date of payment,
that is, as of September 20, 2022.
