Hereby, in my capacity as General Manager of Vector Capital
Corredores de Bolsa SpA (the “Broker”), Rol Unico Tributario number 76.513.680-6,
registered in the Securities Register of the Commission for the Financial Market under the
No 189, I have come to inform the Commission of a change in the
shareholding of the Brokerage, in accordance with the provisions of the Standard of
General Character No. 16 issued by the SVS, now CMF, on June 11, 1985,
in particular according to the provisions of numeral V “Special Information”.
Through private instruments for the purchase and sale of shares subscribed with

a. INFI S.A. de Inversiones sold, assigned and transferred to Inversiones Santa María
SpA the amount of 14,527 common shares of the Broker;
b. Inversiones Andia SpA sold, assigned and transferred to Inversiones Santa María
SpA the amount of 4,808 common shares of the Broker;
Proceeds from the aforementioned transfers of shares, the shareholding composition
of Vector Capital Corredores de Bolsa SpA remained as indicated to
