In relation to the financing proposal of Banco de Chile referred to in the Essential Fact dated April 7, 2022, yesterday CSAV received the opinions of the Directors ordered by Article 147 No. 5 and No. 6 of the Law on Corporations.
These opinions are available to shareholders at the registered offices and on the website of CSAV (www.csav.com).
