Ref. Communicates the holding of the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors Vantrust Renewable Energy Investment Fund.
Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present document and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 of the Securities Market Law, we hereby communicate as an ESSENTIAL FACT, the following:
At the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the “Vantrust Renewable Energy Investment Fund” held on May 24, 2023, the following matters were approved, among others:
1) The Fund’s annual account and financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022;
2) Héctor Felipe Bravo Leiva, Jaime Loayza O’Connor and Tomás Oviedo Etchegaray were elected as members of the Fund’s Supervisory Committee for the financial year 2023, setting their remuneration and expenditure budget;
3) EY Audit was appointed as the external audit firm for fiscal year 2023.
