Ref. Announces the holding of the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors Investment Fund Vantrust Real Estate Financing l.
Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present document and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 of the Securities Market Law, we hereby communicate as an ESSENTIAL FACT, the following:
At the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the “Vantrust Real Estate Financing Investment Fund II” held on May 23, 2023, the following matters were approved, among others:
1) The Fund’s annual account and financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022;
2) Jaime Loayza O’Connor, Tomas Oviedo Etchegaray and Patricio Eguiguren Muñoz were elected as members of the Fund’s Supervisory Committee for the financial year 2023, setting their remuneration and expenditure budget; and
3) EY Audit was appointed as the external audit firm for fiscal year 2023.
