In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9″ and 10″ of Law No. 18,045, the Character Norm
General N*16 and Circular 1.737 of that Commission, I comply with informing you of the agreements
adopted at Vantrust Capital’s self-convened Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
Corredores de Bolsa S.A. held on April 18, 2023. In this regard, it should be noted that
the following matters were agreed upon by the Board.
1. The balance sheet, financial statements and report of the external auditors were approved.
2. The board of directors of the company was renewed, and the following persons were elected:
Don ARMANDO MARCOS MASSARENTE SILVA
Don ERIK KURT HAINDL RONDANELLI
Don JOSÉ RAMÓN JOTTAR AWAD
3. The remuneration of the directors of the Brokerage was agreed.
4. The external audit firm EY was appointed Professional Audit Services and
Asesorías SpA, whose fancy name is “EY Audit SpA”, for the examination of the exercise
social ending on December 31, 2023.
