Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 9 and subsection
second of article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market and the provisions of the
Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, we communicate to you as an ESSENTIAL FACT
that, with this same date, the board of directors of Vantrust Capital Administradora General de
Fondos S.A. took cognizance of and accepted the resignation presented to the position of director by the
Mr. Gerardo Lahsen Aboid. To this end, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint as director
replacing Mrs. Lilian Manns Gantz who will hold this position until the
holding of the next Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company, date on which it must
Renew the entire directory.
