In accordance with the provisions of General Standard No. 30 and Circular No. 660 of that

Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, held on April 24, 2023.
1. Modification Article 11% of the Administration.
An amendment to Article 11 of the bylaws was approved, increasing the
