Dear Sir or Madam,
In accordance with Article 9? and second paragraph of article 10? of Law No. 18.045
on the Stock Market and being duly empowered to do so, I hereby come
in communicating to you as an essential fact relating to Valores Security S.A. Corredores de

In ordinary meeting of the Board of Directors of Valores Security S.A. Corredores de Bolsa, held on
March 22, 2023, it was agreed to summon the shareholders to the Ordinary Meeting for April 10
from 2022 to 9:00 hours.
The purpose of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting will be to deal with the following matters:
1. Approval of the Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Financial Statements for the year ended 31
December 2022 and the report of the external auditors for the same year.
2. Distribution of profits and distribution of dividends.
3. Election of the Board of Directors.
4. Information on the expenses of the Board of Directors during the fiscal year 2022.
5. Fixing of remuneration of the Directors for the year 2023.
6. Appointment of the Company’s External Auditors.
7. Information on transactions with related parties under the Companies Law
Anonymous.
8. Designation of the journal in which the legal publications will be made.
9. In general, all matters that in accordance with the Law are specific to the Ordinary Meeting.
