contained in General Rule N* 30 of the Commission for the Market
Financial (CMF), we communicate to you, as an essential fact, that at the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders of Valores Security S.A., Stockbrokers, hereinafter the Company,
Held on April 11 of this year, it was agreed to renew and maintain the current Board of Directors
of the Company, for a period of 3 years from the date of the aforementioned meeting,
being composed by Mr. Enrique Menchaca Olivares, Mr. Fernando Salinas Pinto and Mr.
Maxim Hitoshi Kamada.
